Brainshark, a communications solutions developer, has entered into a partnership with iPipeline to provide the insurance industry with a single platform of tools to enhance communication and improve marketing and training initiatives. The Web-based product is intended to supply insurance carriers with the ability to communicate more often and more effectively with producers and to better match products to each client's specific needs.
Nearly 30 insurance carriers use Brainshark for creating and managing their communications content. With Brainshark, iPipeline's platform for carriers to manage and push content is extended, offering members enhanced, on-demand communications that result in a customized delivery of information to their audiences.
"Delivering valuable solutions for our insurance customers continues to be a priority for our business, and we are pleased to partner with another industry-standard tool such as iPipeline," says Irwin Hipsman, national accounts and life insurance practice manager, Brainshark. "Our relationship with iPipeline is a natural extension of our market presence and is a result of our mutual customers' desire to see us collaborate for an even stronger solution."
The first carriers to take advantage of the new combined offering will include AIG American General Life Brokerage and Mutual of Omaha, joint customers of both iPipeline and Brainshark.
