Claims News Service, Dec. 13, 10:17 a.m. EST — AutoOne Insurance, a part of the OneBeacon Insurance Group, has launched AutoOne Claim Services. The division will provide outsourced claim services to companies that currently do not have a presence in the New York market or need assistance in managing their business.
Jointly managed by AutoOne's Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and Claims operation, services will include vehicle inspections and appraisals, claim handling, all forms of special investigative services, vehicle theft investigations, the filing of state-mandated carrier fraud-compliance plans, and fraud-awareness training.
