Barry Zalma has published a book designed to assist anyone dealing with claims or litigation concerning property damage or bodily injury as a result of claimed construction defects.

Construction Defects: Litigation and Claims outlines the claim process, from the initial report to the final resolution, proof of loss, payment, or litigation.

The book contains citations to relevant statutory, regulatory, and judicial sources; checklists; information on identifying, and protecting against construction defects; and a section on alternative dispute resolution of construction defect claims. Quarterly updates will include an insurance newsletter that summarizes key ideas and highlights current legal issues involving mold.

Construction Defects is available from Specialty Technical Publishers, 800-251-0381 www.stpub.com.
