The National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters has created Claim Professionals' Liability Insurance Company to address a need to stabilize adjuster liability coverage costs. CPLIC offers E & O and GL limits of $1 million or $2 million with a variety of deductibles, and does not exclude claims arising out of mold from its policy. Expeditious and inexpensive methods to handle any disputes with the company will be offered, as will risk management services.
