A new education and designation program specifically for risk management education specialists has been developed by the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research and the Texas Schools Risk Manager Association.

A new education and designation program specifically for risk management education specialists has been developed by the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research and the Texas Schools Risk Manager Association. The Certified School Risk Manager Program (CSRM) is a five-part program that emphasizes practice over theory. Courses cover Fundamentals of Risk Management, Measuring School Risks, Handling School Risks, Funding School Risks, and Administering School Risks.
