The Property Casualty Insurers of America recently named Kristina Baldwin as its new regional manager and counsel for New York. Baldwin will operate from offices in Albany, where she will take an active role in state legislative and regulatory issues concerning the insurance industry.
Formerly, Baldwin served as counsel to New York Sen. Jim Seward, chairman of the New York State Senate Insurance Committee, a position she held for seven years. Prior to that, she served with the Assembly Minority Counsel's office for five years.
