Catherine (Kit) Kirby has been promoted to the position of loss control consultant for Brentwood Service Administrators in the Champaign, Ill., office. Kirby joined BSA as a claim adjuster on Dec. 20, 2004.
Stephen Burton was named claim manager in BSA's Charlotte office. He came to BSA from Zenith Insurance, where he was a claim supervisor.
Donna Adcock has been appointed as a senior claim representative in Charlotte, where she will be handling lost-time claims for the North Carolina self-insured funds. Previously, she was employed by AmComp as a claim representative.
