The American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section and the American Insurance Association have scheduled their second joint insurance litigation conference, “Tools for Conquering New Frontiers and Familiar Foes,” for June 9-10 in Chicago.

The conference is intended to provide a comprehensive exploration of challenging insurance litigation developments, according to its organizers. “The conference will address a wide range of topics of importance to all segments of the insurance industry,” said Craig A. Berrington, AIA senior vice president and general counsel. “The topics have been selected by industry leaders, and the speakers include corporate counsel, defense attorneys, current and former state insurance regulators, and other noted experts.”
