Hub International Limited today announced the acquisition of the assets of Employee Benefit Specialists Inc. (EBS), an employee benefits brokerage firm serving the state of Colorado.
Terms of the deal were not released.
EBS, based in Denver, will become part of Hub International Southwest, and will be integrated with HUB Southwest's Colorado employee benefits practice.
