Those who register for the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association (SCCIA) annual conference before Oct. 7 can receive "early bird" rates for its December conference, the association said.
"South Carolina--the NEW Onshore Island Sixth Annual Executive Educational Conference" is scheduled for Dec. 7-9, at the Charleston Place Hotel, Charleston, S.C.
