The International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE) said it is rescheduling all of its courses and teleconferences--moving them later in the day to accommodate participants in Hawaii.

"Hawaii is an important and established domicile, and we need to be sure that our offerings are available to members of the captive and risk management industries who are located there," said Mitch Cantor, ICCIE executive director. "We have already had some interest and participation from the islands, and this move should expand the opportunity for increasing Hawaii's presence in the program."

Burlington, Vt.-based ICCIE's teleconferences and Web conferences will all start no earlier than 2:30 Eastern time, allowing for Hawaiian participants to join these sessions at the beginning of their workday, ICCIE said.
