Nine producers from across the country will compete in a "reality" program--"The Ultimate Producer Challenge"--next month during the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America's annual conference.
Insurance sales coach Roger Sitkins of the Sitkins Group in Fort Myers, Fla., will act as the contest's host and judge. The contest will take place on Sept. 12 during the IIABA's meeting in New York City.
The nine contestants will go through a series of group and individual sales exercises and tests from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Throughout the day, producers will be eliminated from the competition based on their performance, as determined by the judge.
