Salfeety To Chair PIA Management Services
NU Online News Service, April 12, 2:12 p.m. EST?PIA Management Services Inc. said Eric S. Salfeety has been re-elected board chairman for the group.[@@]
The Glenmont, N.Y.-based association is the umbrella corporation that manages Professional Insurance Agents associations representing independent agents and brokers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and New Hampshire.
The owner of Sage Insurance Services in Somerville, N.J., Mr. Salfeety is a past-president of the PIA of New Jersey. He has also served as chairman and as a member of numerous PIANJ committees since becoming active in the association in 1982.
Other board officers elected were:
? Kenneth Bessette, chief executive officer of PIA Management Services, president.
? Lynne Frank, president of L.R. Frank Associates in Williamsville, N.Y., vice-chairman.
? John Bailey, executive vice president of the George B. Bailey Agency Inc. in Dryden, N.Y., vice-chairman.
? David Isenberg, president of D.C. White Agency in Long Beach, N.Y., secretary.
? John DiMatteo, general manager of AA DiMatteo Insurance Service Center in Shelton, Conn., treasurer.
? M. Scott Miller, owner of Pennington Insurance Services Inc. in Pennington, N.J., assistant-treasurer.
? Shawn Buicko, director of PIA Member Services, assistant-secretary.
? Jeffrey Parmenter, vice president of S.H. Smith & Co. Inc. in West Hartford, Conn., director to the board.
