A.M. Best Downgrades Atlantic Mutual Companies

Best has downgraded the financial strength rating of the Atlantic Mutual Companies to "B-plus" (Very Good) from "B-double-plus" (Very Good), citing its lingering concerns regarding the insurer's capitalization, recent operating performances and future prospects.[@@]
