Flanagan Leaves HUB Subsidiary
NU Online News Service, May 17, 2:58 p.m. EDT?Joseph P. Flanagan, 40, resigned as president and chief executive officer of Mack and Parker Inc., the Chicago-based regional subsidiary of Hub International Limited.[@@]
Hub said Mr. Flanagan resigned to devote more time to his community and philanthropic activities, and to spend more time on a number of private investments.
He continues to be a major shareholder of Hub, the brokerage firm said.
Mr. Flanagan was named president of Mack and Parker in 2001, after his firm, J.P. Flanagan Corp., was merged with Mack and Parker.
Hub, based in Chicago, said it is beginning a search for a successor.
