USI Acquires Bertholon-Rowland Corp.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
USI said the acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $25 million in revenue to the firm on an annual basis.
Founded in 1944, BR develops insurance programs for professional associations for the association's members. The services include professional liability and life and health insurance marketing. Also included are administration and program management for a range of personal and business insurance plans to professional and alumni associations.
BR also includes Columbus, Ohio-based American Insurance Administrators, which offers administrative services to college and university alumni associations; and Travel Insurance Services based in the San Francisco Bay area, which provides insurance to the travel community.
