Garamendi, Schwarzenegger Meet Privately On Comp; Summit Proposed
A California workers compensation summit may be on the horizon once Governor-elect Arnold Schwarzenegger takes office in November, a spokesperson for the State Insurance Department said last week.
California Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi raised the idea when he and Mr. Schwarzenegger exchanged views in a private meeting last week, department spokesperson Norman Williams told National Underwriter.
