B&B Acquires Pa. Agency
NU Online News Service, June 3, 12:30 p.m. EDT?Insurance broker Brown & Brown announced the acquisition of Bartos-Hunsicker Inc., of Bethlehem, Pa. Terms were not disclosed.
The Daytona Beach, Fla.-based firm said Bartos-Hunsicker is a commercial property-casualty insurance agency with annualized revenues of approximately $800,000. The agency serves businesses and homeowners throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
