Mold Claims Lower In Tex., Expand Elsewhere
NU Online News Service, April 15, 12:31 p.m. EST?Texas' top insurance regulator told a national actuarial group that the explosion of mold damage claims in his state has abated even as claims expand elsewhere.
Texas Insurance Commissioner Jose Montemayor made his comments in a speech to the Casualty Actuarial Society's annual Seminar on Ratemaking in San Antonio, Texas late last month.
