Problems Downloading? Everyone At Fault
NU Online News Service, March 28, 2:42 p.m. EST?A report issued today by the Agents Council for Technology says there is plenty of blame to go around for downloading errors, but all members of the insurance industry need to work together to come up with solutions.
The ACT Download Work Group, affiliated with the Alexandria, Va.-based Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, said it issued the report to "encourage carriers, vendors, and agents and brokers to make refinements" in their downloading procedures and process.
