Princeton Ins. Co. Gets New CFO and COO

NU Online News Service, March 25, 12:52 p.m. EST? Princeton Insurance Company has promoted Andrea C. Kanefsky and Charles W. Lefevre to senior management positions.

The West Windsor, N.J.-based firm said Ms. Kanefsky has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Lefevre was promoted to senior vice president and chief operating officer.

Ms. Kanefsky will be in charge of accounting, financial management and information technology at the medical malpractice specialty insurer, which also writes small business packages and workers' compensation. She has worked for Princeton since 1980, rising through the ranks of the accounting department.

Mr. Lefevre will be responsible for claims, underwriting and corporate relations. Mr. Lefevre has been with Princeton since 1983 and has held leadership positions in the claims and underwriting departments.

Princeton is a member of the New York City-based MLMIC Group, one of the nation's largest writers of medical malpractice insurance for doctors and hospitals.
