Gallagher Acquires Calif. Benefits Firm
NU Online News Service, March 14, 10:22 a.m. EST? Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Benefits Planning & Insurance Agency Inc. (BPI) of Larkspur, Calif.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the Itasca, Ill.-based insurance broker said.
