ISO & NICB Set March Fraud Conference

NU Online News Service, Jan. 28, 2:14 p.m. EST? Insurance Services Office and the National Insurance Crime Bureau in Washington, D.C. announced they are co-sponsoring a fraud management conference March 30-April 2 in Baltimore.

ISO, based in Jersey City, N.J., said the meeting, titled Issues and Advances for Effective Fraud Prevention, will deal with effective insurance fraud-management strategies, innovative fraud-deterrence techniques, and applications of new fraud-detection technologies.

The conference will be held at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel with a registration fee of $695. ISO said registration and payment could be done online at www.iso.com by clicking on "Conferences."

The special conference room rate, available through Feb. 28 at the Renaissance is $165 per night, ISO said.
