How To Prepare For 'Soft Terrorism'

Risk managers of commercial, institutional and industrial premises need to prepare for "soft terrorism," which includes potential targets such as hotels, churches and smaller transportation terminals, according to a security expert.

"Before, it used to be high-profile only and adjacent to high-profile buildings," said Richard Soloway, chief executive officer of NAPCO Security Group in Amityville, N.Y. "Now these soft targets are easier to be penetrated."
