Brown & Brown Acquires A California Agency
NU Online News Service, Jan 3, 3:46 p.m. EST?Insurance broker Brown & Brown Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of MFC&V Insurance Services, with offices in Santa Barbara, Lompoc and Camarillo, Calif.
The MFC&V is a multi-line agency dealing in commercial property-casualty, life and group health benefits, with annual revenues of approximately $12 million, the broker said. The firm has been doing business in the region for 67 years.
The entire management team and staff will join Daytona Beach, Fla.-based Brown & Brown and continue to serve clients from their current locations as freestanding operations.
