MetLife is in the process of implementing the latest version of DWL Customer from software developer DWL, Inc., and Tony Candito, senior vice president and CIO of individual business for MetLife, says staff members are champing at the bit to get the repository fully rolled out. Once the project is completed, New York City-based MetLife will have a current single view of each customer.
DWL Customer enables customer-centric operations by using the insurers existing product-centric systems. All transactions flow through an enterprise customer hub with a unified view of the customer across multiple business and product silos, according to Karen Jay, director of corporate communications for Atlanta-based DWL.
