CIGNA Group Insurance, a disability benefits provider, has integrated its disability management solutions system with FileNETs Acenza for Insurance application suite. This will provide CIGNA with a claims solution that will improve workflow and speed up claims processing.
The latest insurer to become a member of the MIB Group, Inc., is Life of the South Corporation. The life insurer will incorporate MIBs fraud protection system, MIB Checking Service, into its underwriting system for both life and health lines.

Canada Life U.S. Division has selected McCamish Systems VPAS Life to provide a full range of life and annuity processing for fixed and variable products. The system will support existing Canada Life products and new products being developed.
Integrity Life Insurance has entered into a licensing agreement with COSS Development Corporation. COSS will customize its illustration system to accommodate Integritys product specifications for illustrating fixed and variable annuity products.

American National Insurance Co. has selected the Profiles+ Forecaster software from Financial Profiles, Inc. The software is an interview-style, needs-analysis product to help financial services professionals analyze their clients financial situations.
To analyze claims and project underwriting risk for the carriers 300,000 personal lines policyholders, Unitrin Multi Lines Insurance has selected HNC Decision Manager for Underwriting from HNC Software Inc.
Mutual Insurance Company of Arizona (MICA), a medical malpractice insurer, has gone live with the OASIS product line from Delphi Technology, Inc. MICA will use the policy management, claims management, financial management, and risk management components of OASIS as well as the OASIS data warehouse.
The Western World Insurance Group has signed contracts with ImageRight to use the ImageRight document management and workflow systems for enterprise-wide insurance applications.
Swiss Re has implemented the SICS/nt server-based reinsurance solution from Computer Sciences Corporation. The system is part of Swiss Res strategy to improve P&C business administration. The system will handle such administrative tasks as accounting, premium control, and claims monitoring.
OneBeacon Insurance has reached an agreement with Sapiens International Corporation N.V. to implement Sapiens policy administration system, eMerge.
Columbia Insurance Group has reached agreement with Connective Technologies, Inc., to use TEAM-UP for its personal auto line. TEAM-UP allows agency management data to be directly loaded into the carriers Web site to be integrated with editing and underwriting processes.
New York Life has chosen ON Technology Corporation to provide enterprise infrastructure management solutions through its ON Command CCM software.
