N.Y. Comptroller: Insurers Not Helping After 9/11

NU Online News Service, Nov. 13, 3:49 p.m. EST?Insurance carriers "are taking advantage of New Yorkers," the New York City comptroller charged today, citing a post-Sept. 11 study that found a lack of availability and soaring rates for commercial coverage since the terrorism attack on the WorldTrade Center.
