AAA Sets Rules To Speed Case Resolution
NU Online News Service, Nov. 14, 4:26 p.m. EST? The American Arbitration Association announced today the introduction of supplementary rules to guide arbitration procedures in reinsurance disputes and streamline the umpire selection process.
The New York-based provider of conflict management and dispute resolution services said that arbitration has long been the preferred method of resolution for reinsurance disputes, and the timely selection of a balanced arbitration panel is of crucial importance to the parties involved.
