Skills Program Aims For Diversity
NU Online News Service, Sept. 30, 12:11 p.m. EST?An independent agent's association has unveiled a new program aimed at helping minority and urban-based independent agents develop sales and management skills to make them more successful.
The Alexandria, Va.-based Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America announced the release of this new program during the group's InfoXchange held Sept. 22 to 24 in New Orleans.
