idNET Announces E-Marketing Tools.

NU Online News Service, May 17, 4:13 p.m. EST?idNET, Inc., a provider of customer service solutions for the insurance marketplace, announced that it has entered into a strategic marketing and reseller agreement with St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Peer360, Inc., for their WebLetters and WebSurveys products.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

WebLetters is a digital newsletter generator that allows users to create communications while tracking customer responses and honing their marketing message, said Simsbury, Conn.-based idNET.

WebSurveys is a surveying tool that enables users to gather and process instant customer feedback. It is designed to provide users with instant and easy to understand customer information.

As the exclusive reseller in the insurance sector, idNET said it will private label the line of e-marketing tools and offer them to assist insurance professionals in improving communication, customer service, customer retention and generating new business.

"With WebLetters and WebSurveys, insurance professionals are able to communicate quickly and effectively with customers, prospects, employees, partners, distributors and community organizations, all without the heavy cost of printing and shipping of materials," the company said.

Reporting features track who received the email, who opened it, and what they were interested in reading, idNET explained. This allows insurance professionals to target the next communication more precisely to their readers.
