Study Profiles Bad Driver Attitudes
NU Online News Service, April 25, 9:43 a.m. EST?A focus group attitude study using a rogues gallery of bad drivers has found that motorists with the worst records generally are impatient, aggressive, distracted and oblivious, feel "entitled," and blame their problems on other drivers.
The study was commissioned by RightFind Technology, a Boston software company developing products that help property-casualty insurers better underwrite drivers.
