Marsh Acquires Aubrey Daniels Unit
NU Online News Service, April 24, 3:05 p.m. EST?Global insurance broker Marsh said it has acquired the behavioral safety consulting business of Aubrey Daniels International, Tucker, Ga.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Marsh, a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies based in New York, said the acquisition would be combined with its risk consulting practice.
Donald Birdsong, managing director of Marsh and head of the firm's risk consulting practice, said in a statement the move would provide clients with "more advanced solutions and services" in areas of employee productivity, safety, health and work performance.
ADI, founded in 1978, is a behavioral consulting firm whose aim is to improve individual and group performance in corporations using performance management techniques.
