DC Captives Set March Conference Date
NU Online News Service, Jan. 16, 1:20 p.m. EST?The newly formed Captive Insurance Council of the District of Columbia announced its first conference is set for March 6-8, in Washington, D.C.
The program's highlights, the association said, are the district's new captive insurance law with a focus on association-sponsored captives.
Key topics of the program include tapping excess and reinsurance markets, creative uses of association-sponsored captives, and navigating the application process, the association said.
