On Thursday, April 16, as part of its annual Innovation and Insights Day, Celent announced the winners of the Celent Model Insurer 2020 Awards. The annual Model Insurer program was launched 14 years ago to recognize "the effective use of technology by insurers through their implementation of IT programs that epitomize best practices for technology projects."
