Glemham Underwriting, a UK-based Managing General Agent (MGA), recently implemented Majesco CloudInsurer as the foundation of its new cloud-based bureau processing business. On full roll out, the new bureau business is expected to enable significant reduction in the cost of transacting general insurance in the UK market.

PayneWest Insurance, which is based in Missoula, Montana, recently launched Applied CSR24 from Applied Systems. The cloud-based client self- service software is part of PayneWest's digital transformation strategy and will enable the insurer to deliver anytime, anywhere omnichannel service options, including a branded customer self-service portal and mobile applications.

Catholic Order of Foresters(COF) of Naperville, Illinois, has selected StoneRiver's LifeApply® (electronic application and signature) and LifeSuite® (case flow and automated underwriting) software solutions. The new platform will enable COF to modernize its entire new business process, including automation of many tasks with anticipated benefits such as significantly decreased turnaround times and increased placement rates. StoneRiver is a  fully-owned subsidiary of Sapiens International Corporation.

Figo Pet Insurance has launched a mobile application that allows policyholders traveling with their pets to locate a lost pet, find local pet parks, locate a vet or animal hospital, access their pet's medical history, find pet hotels or daycare centers, pet supply stores and more.

Foremost Insurance Company®, a Michigan-based member of the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, is in production with Duck Creek Technologies, the global provider of insurance software and services, to add digital capabilities, improve efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience for nearly 170,000 agents and customer service representatives, and more than 8,000 internal users. The integrated Duck Creek platform will replace the Foremost legacy systems.

Hawaii Employers' Mutual Insurance Company (HEMIC), a major workers' compensation insurance provider based in Honolulu, has selected Guidewire InsuranceSuite™, Rating Management, and Client Data Management as its policy administration, underwriting, rating, client data management, billing and claims management platform. The company also chose Guidewire DataHub™ and InfoCenter as its data management and analytics solutions, Guidewire Account Management Portal for Policyholders™ and Gateway Portal for Agents to enhance the digital experience of its policyholders and agents, and Smart Communications™ for customer communications management.
