Des Moines, Iowa-based EMC Reinsurance Co. said Ron Hallenbeck, who served as president for nearly 22 years, has retired, and Vicki Freese, EMC Reinsurance’s assistant reinsurance manager, has been named president. Freese has been with EMC for nearly 40 years.

Columbia, South Carolina-based insurance technology and services company Seibels said it has appointed Nan D. Brunson vice president of business development, sales and marketing. She joins from Focus Technologies, where she was a senior vice president.

Switzerland-based Allied World Assurance Company Holdings AG said that Jason Glasgow has been appointed vice president and practice leader of technology, privacy and network security professional liability for Allied World U.S. He joins from Travelers, where was vice president and cyber risk product manager.

Allied World also said it has appointed Dale Chow senior vice president of professional lines for Allied World Bermuda. He joins Allied World from Endurance Insurance Bermuda, where he served as a senior vice president within the professional lines division.

Bethesda, Maryland-based Generali Global Assistance said it has appointed Julie Jamsa vice president of service delivery for its identity and digital protection services global unit. She joins from National Geographic, where she was vice president of catalog and e-commerce.

Kennesaw, Georgia-based Breckenridge Insurance Group said it has named Pete Feeney, CIC, president of its brokerage division, Ron Boudreaux executive vice president of national accounts and Robert J. Matamoros executive vice president of specialized distribution. Feeney joins from Swett & Crawford, where he was senior vice president and sales leader. Boudreaux also joins from Swett & Crawford, where he was a senior vice president. Matamoros has been with Breckenridge since 2013, most recently as executive vice president in its brokerage division.

Toronto-based Accident Support Services International said it has appointed Kenneth Eagleson as vice president of U.S. Insurance Programs. He joins from SuccessData LLC.

New York City-based insurance broker Marsh LLC said it has promoted Mark Karlson to U.S. healthcare practice leader from FinPro national health care practice leader. He joined the company in 1989.

Navigators Group Inc. said it has restructured its leadership team for its global claims organization, effective Sept. 1:

Glen Bronstein has been promoted to the newly created role of global chief claims officer. Bronstein joined Navigators to lead the U.S. claims organization in 2013.

Marina Barg has been promoted to chief claims officer for U.S. insurance, succeeding Bronstein. Barg joined Navigators in January 2014 as the leader of its U.S. casualty claims unit.

Michael Phipps has been named claims manager for Navigators International Insurance Co, the company's recently authorized United Kingdom-domiciled insurance company. He joins from Chubb and is based in London.
