Westlake, Texas-based insurance software company Solera Holdings Inc. said it will acquire 100 percent ownership of Needham, Mass.-based contents claims management software company Enservio Inc. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the third quarter, were not disclosed.
Bethesda, Maryland-based Generali Global Assistance, formerly Europ Assistance, said it has created Iris OnWatch, an identity protection service for travelers.
Allianz Austria said it is now has the naming-rights for the Allianz Stadion in Vienna until 2026. The stadium, which opened earlier this month, is the sixth naming rights of stadiums the company holds worldwide.
