Despite challenges with technology, customer expectations and staffing, working as an insurance agent continues to be financially rewarding, according to the 2024 Independent Insurance Agent Survey.
More than a third of respondents (31%) reported that agency earnings grew by more than 10% in the last year, and just under a third (28%) reported earnings growth of between 6% and 10%.
