ISO announces medical professional liability loss costs representing a combined -1.5% change has been filed. Every insurer that elects to use this change must determine their own effective date.

DELAWARE MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INCREASED LIMIT FACTOR REVISIONS FOR HOSPITALS, PHYSICIANS, SURGEONS, DENTISTS, NURSING HOMES AND ALLIED HEALTH CARE FILED
ISO announces revised increased limit factors representing a +4.5% change in the Hospital, Physicians, and Surgeons increased limit factors, and a +8.9% change in the Dentists, Nursing Homes, and Allied Health Care increased limit factors. The changes are applicable to all policies written on or after October 1, 2026. ISO cautions this filing has not yet been implemented.
