A man has been sentenced to five years in prison and restitution for filing 24 fraudulent claims with multiple insurance companies. Related charges include 13 felony counts fo insurance fraud, telecommunications fraud, tampering with records, identity fraud, forgery, and attempted theft.

His fraudulent claims include property damage from supposed vandalism, stolen property from a rental car, false medical claims for cancer he didn’t have, and fraudulent claims for medical treatment for a pet.
