A man has been arrested after a lengthy investigation into his business practices. The man created a phony insurance company, and used the company to sell customers illegitimate insurance policies. Three phony companies were involved, and the man approached auto dealerships offering $50 for customer referrals. Customers were tricked into paying their monthly premium through money transfer services such as Cash App, and then they were issued forged policy documents.
