LI-PR-2024-163 PENNSYLVANIA MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY ADVISORY PROSPECTIVE LOSS COST REVISION APPROVED Revised loss costs representing a combined -16.9% change from the current loss costs are approved. These changes are applicable to all policies written on or after April 1, 2025. This effective date applies only to those insurers who have filed their Medical Professional Liability loss cost adjustments to be automatically applicable to future ISO loss cost revisions. Note: The Insurance Department has approved this revision as filed.
