I have a quick question regarding seasonal docks that are removed during the winter. If the dock is not scheduled on the policy, but there is a covered loss that occurs (wind), would a removable dock be considered personal property or an other structure? The policy in question does not specify. Please let me know what you think.

We're assuming that the insureds do move the dock in and out of the water each year. Since it is designed to be removed from the water each year and stored, we see that as personal property. It is not attached to ground in any permanent way, and it is designed to be put in and taken out of the water on a regular basis. This makes it personal property.
