A man was charged with insurance fraud and obtaining property by false pretenses after being arrested by authorities. The man attempted to obtain $13,210 in lost wages by submitting a false wage verification form for injuries from an auto accident. While the man had worked at the company he submitted the form for in the past, he was not working at the company at the time of the accident. He was released on $5,000 bond.
