A man has been sentenced to eighteen months in jail followed by three and a half years of probation for targeting elderly drivers. He was also ordered to pay $15,983.04 in restitution. He would drive or walk in back of the vehicles of victims’ cars as they were pulling out of parking spaces. He then pretended to be injured to receive insurance payments or money directly from the victims.
