LI-BP-2024-265	BUSINESSOWNERS COMPANION LOSS COSTS REVISION BEING SUBMITTED IN PENNSYLVANIA	This circular announces the submission of a companion Businessowners loss costs filing revision to provide the territory base loss costs and Wind and Hail Exclusion credits which reflect the application of the off-balance factors contained in the Pennsylvania supplement to filing BP-2024-RLC24. These changes are applicable to all policies written on or after July 1, 2025. This effective date applies only to those insurers who have filed their Businessowners loss cost adjustments to be automatically applicable to future ISO loss cost revisions. Caution: ISO is not yet implementing this filing.	PA	7/29/2024
