This chart presents state-by-state positions on usage. In this chart we've added qualifying medical conditions for those states where marijuana is legal for medical purposes. The chart highlights fully legal states, where marijuana is legal for medical and recreational bases. Mixed is where the rules for medical and recreational use do not agree. We've updated it to include the most recent developments in the legalization of medical cannabis.
