Our named insured is a convenience store (policy is set up for a corporation, not an individual). They have a Business Auto policy with us. The named insured made their scheduled car available through Turo to a renter. An unidentified party (possibly the Turo renter) operating the insured vehicle became involved in a collision causing damages and injuries. Are there exclusions to physical damage coverage and/or liability coverage on the Business Auto policy when a vehicle is being used by the customer of a car sharing business?

You did not say what policy symbols were covered under the business auto policy. If covered by symbol 1 – any auto – there is not an exclusion on the policy for transportation network companies, public auto transportation, car sharing, or ride sharing companies. Since the vehicle was being operated with the insured's permission there would be coverage unless an applicable exclusion is added to the policy.
