I'm attempting to find coverage for damage to hardwood floors due to body fluids that soaked into the floors following the death of a tenant. This is a dwg 2 policy and I don't know that any perils apply. We've had a gunshot that we've attributed to explosion, but in this case we do not have a gunshot or cause of death.

I'm looking at the ISO DP 00 02; your form may be different but probably not significantly. The DP 00 02 is a broad form named perils, and unless you have a gunshot none of the named perils cover this type of thing. The perils are pretty direct perils that damage property and not perils that cause death of a person.
